Topics covered in this course include the daily role of POs and PMs; collaborating with engineering teams and business stakeholders; how to write epics, features, and stories; and how to design, prioritize, build, test, and deliver products with increased productivity and higher quality.

The SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager certification course is best suited for product managers, product owners, business owners, business analysts, solution managers, portfolio managers, program managers, enterprise, solution, and system architects, PMO personnel, process leads, Agile coaches and executives who are Agile leaders.

Pre-requisites

Learners need to possess an undergraduate degree or a high school diploma. It is recommended that candidates attend a leading SAFe course, or have experience working in a SAFe environment or with lean, agile, or other relevant methodologies.

    • Attend a Leading SAFe course
    • Experience working in a SAFe environment
    • Experience with Lean, Agile, or other relevant methodologies.
